Join us for the two-day conference in Bloomington. You'll start the journey with the B-Line Corridor Development Tour. You'll see firsthand how the B-Line Trail has become a literal and metaphorical path for economic development, weaving together recreation, the arts, and housing to drive significant public-private investment.

Over the next two days, you will continue this exploration of the diverse engines fueling Indiana’s growth—from the high-energy Economic Impact of Collegiate Athletics to the essential infrastructure of Data Centers and Opportunity Zones.

    Key Highlights of Our Program:

    • Strategic Insights: We’ll discuss the Future of IEDA and explore how communities can better engage private developers to foster sustainable growth.
    • Innovation & Tech: We’ll dive into the critical role of data centers and see how IU Inc. is advancing the state’s innovation economy.
    • Professional Engagement: Sharpen your skills and connect with peers during our networking breaks and a high-stakes round of BRE Jeopardy!

Bloomington provides the perfect backdrop for these conversations. As we tour the B-Line and fill these session rooms, our goal is for every professional here to leave feeling more empowered and better equipped to lead their communities.

To celebrate our time together, please join us at the reception for a quintessential Bloomington moment: a photo opportunity with the IU Championship Trophy and Hoosier the Bison.

As Indiana’s only statewide association dedicated exclusively to economic development professionals, this gathering is more than just a series of sessions—it is a chance to reconnect in our trusted professional home.

We are here to unite our voices and empower one another, ensuring that as we thrive as professionals, our communities thrive alongside us.
