Members of the Indiana Economic Development Association enjoy numerous benefits that support IEDA’s mission of “Promoting and improving the quality of economic development throughout the State of Indiana. From career growth to community and industry service, there is something for everybody.
- Relationships and Networking: IEDA members are a close-knit group of friends who work together, helping one another to improve skills and better serve their communities or organizations. Unique networking activities are built into the quarterly conference schedules and offered throughout the year to provide multiple opportunities for members to share one-on-one information and learn from each other.
- Meetings & Education: At regularly scheduled meetings held in varying locations across the state, members attend on-going educational programs to finely hone their economic development skills. Webinars and other educational opportunities are also offered throughout the year.
- Advocacy & Policy Influence: Through established relationships with the Indiana Economic Development Corporation (IEDC), elected officials at the state and local levels and other statewide organizations, the Indiana Economic Development Association works to assure that economic development issues remain on the forefront of Indiana’s agenda.
