The Growth Alliance for Greater Evansville

 

The Growth Alliance for Greater Evansville (GAGE) is seeking an executive to serve as President. The successful candidate will have strategic business and economic development experience, thoughtful leadership on advancing business growth, professional and engaging communications style, and ability to provide hands-on leadership to a cross-functional team. GAGE has a multi-disciplinary purpose as the economic development organization for Evansville, Indiana’s third largest city, and Vanderburgh County. GAGE performs under contract various services for government such as tax phase-in analysis; helps plan and operate various Downtown events; operates a business incubator at Innovation Pointe; and is developing capabilities to enhance Downtown and corridor development along with technology transfer and commercialization.

University of Southern Indiana is a partner with GAGE, and GAGE is aligned with the Economic Development Coalition of Southwestern Indiana. GAGE’s key constituents are the City of Evansville, Vanderburgh County, downtown business and residential groups, and a growing set of corporate sponsors.
