Economic Development Finance – How to Think Like a Lender & Fund Your Projects

One of the most common requests we get for extra training from IEDA members is on how to determine if a project is a good investment, as well as on how we as LEDO’s can fund projects, so IEDA, in conjunction with First Merchant’s Bank, London Witte Group, and the Small Business Development Center have teamed up to offer this 1-day ED Finance workshop. Attendees will learn the thinking behind how a lender reviews a project, along with strategies to help you best position a project to receive funding. In addition to traditional lending, presenters will discuss various tools for public finance as well as small business and entrepreneurial funding opportunities.
