Developers and Development Authorities face increasing pressure to justify the worth of their projects to the local communities and taxpayers. This session will provide an overview of the various methods, challenges, and specialized cases that typically face the development professional. The objective of the session will be to educate practitioners and provide them will a few tools and frameworks to clearly think through and communicate a defensible case for the economic impact of their projects. The presentation will conclude with a discussion of potential financing options.
