Indiana Municipal Power Agency, a wholesale electric generating and transmission company located in Carmel, Indiana is looking for an energetic individual to assist with its on-going, comprehensive member services effort to enhance IMPA’s relationships with its members, enhance the members’ relationships with their customers and enhance awareness of the Agency.
Responsibilities include maintaining steady contact with Member communities, local elected officials and member utility staff to monitor IMPA’s progress toward satisfying members’ needs. This position will require strong communications and interpersonal skills and the ability to travel up to 70% of the time, primarily within the state of Indiana. One to three years of experience preferred. Electric utility industry experience and/or customer service experience in the Public Power industry are a plus. A Bachelor’s Degree is required.
