The Starke County Economic Development Foundation, Inc. (SCEDF) is seeking applicants for the position of Executive Director. The Executive Director is responsible for all areas of SCEDF, including supervision of staff, developing and maintaining relationships with local governmental officials, existing businesses, industrial brokers, site selectors, utilities, higher education institutions, and other local, regional, and state economic development organizations, and all other aspects of a local economic development organization (LEDO). The successful candidate should possess skills in writing, speaking, as well as the ability to communicate effectively and efficiently. An Associate’s Degree in a related field is preferred, but not required. Salary and benefits are commensurate with experience. A Job Description is available upon request.
